How My Journey Began

My name is Mike Nwankwo, aka Mike Spice. I entered the fitness industry in 2015 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Neurobiology. While receiving my degree, I was also a decorated student athlete competing in track and field.

I bring these two unique accomplishments to the fitness coaching world with my deeper understanding of science, coupled with my professional coaching in sport.
