Let me tell you about another awesome success story I’ve had these last few months. This one is from a guy named Lambert.

Lambert came to me with the goal of gaining weight and building muscle.

He took my advice on nutrition, and followed the custom guide that I provide all of my one-on-one clients. He increased his nutrition by nearly doubling the amount of food he was previously eating daily, and did so with a well-balanced and whole-food diet.

He realized following a plan provided by an experienced coach helped him begin to achieve his goal in a small fraction of the time it would take him to do it by himself.

Although he still a few pounds away from achieving his ultimate goal of hitting the 200 pound club, he realized the importance of working with someone who knows exactly how to achieve what he wants to achieve.
